Research = Results
Mental illness affects one in five Australians – whether we experience it first hand or know someone who is living with it.
Sadly, in 2014, we still understand little about the medical causes of this disease. This means mental illness is difficult to diagnose, and therefore difficult to treat effectively.
One in Five is determined to change this.
How you can help
Make a donation
A $5, $50, or $500 donation will bring us one step closer to identifying critical medical treatments for those with mental illness.
One in Five supporter, Matt Harry, finished his grueling 11 hour swim across the English Channel on Friday 30th August 2013 – a mere 24 hours after he began. Incredible!
