About the event

Come together for One in Five's third annual Women's Mental Health Lunch, where we'll be shining a light on the mental effects of perimenopause and menopause.

Prepare to be inspired by the incredible Shelly Horton, a distinguished journalist, media personality, keynote speaker and proud peri and menopause warrior. Shelly will lead us through an empowering afternoon of education, support, and camaraderie. We're also honored to welcome Professor Jayashri Kulkarni AM, a pioneer in the field of psychiatry. Professor Kulkarni serves as the Director of Monash Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre (MAPrc) and Director of HER Centre Australia. Her expertise and passion for women's mental health will shed light on the challenges faced during perimenopause and menopause.

100% of money raised will fund research conducted by Her Centre Australia into the mental effects of perimenopause and menopause.

Proudly supported by Swisse, Mercedes-Benz Waverley and Alsahwa Estate
